friendly staff comfortable room worn out beds out of order hairdryer

the front desk staff seemed very friendly to me. i also found it very easy to watch my youtube on the tv through the wifi without signing in, a feature i appreciated. the check in and check out processes went very smooth. i was happy with the comfortable room provided.

The beds felt very soft and worn out . i also noticed that the hairdryer was out of order. This was quite inconvenient. i found this to be quite frustrating.

transport links public transport kind staff broken heater cold room missing information

the location had good transport links. It was easy to get to the city center by public transport. the staff was kind at reception, i liked that.

the heater wasn't working on some floors. I was not told this when i checked in. my room was very COLD. I ended up sleeping with a hat on.

The location proved suitable, situated next to Rembrandt park in a peaceful area. Air conditioning operated effectively, I welcomed it during the warm days. My sixth-floor room featured large windows, a nice addition. Front desk staff showed friendly, helpful demeanors.

The lack of a microwave made warming food in the room impossible, I needed it for late-night snacks.

Breakfast offered a sufficient range of options, I found it convenient. The restaurant area provided ample seating, it helped avoid overcrowding during peak hours. The coffee machine worked efficiently, I got my morning coffee.

My Comfort King Room had sufficient space, I felt comfortable. The bed provided adequate support, I slept well. The television offered several channels, I could watch the news. The bathroom was clean, I found it well-kept.
